Position Summary
As a team member at POMODORO ITALIAN KITCHEN, the responsibilities of this position are diverse and essential to ensuring a seamless dining experience for our valued customers. Key tasks include maximizing reservation numbers, familiarizing oneself with the OpenTable platform for efficient reservation management, promptly handling incoming calls and processing phone reservations, as well as attending to voicemails and returning calls in a timely manner. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and arrangement of tables is crucial, along with prioritizing customer satisfaction. This role also involves effectively communicating any special events or specific customer requests to our servers.
