We are seeking reliable and energetic Hosts, Bussers & Food Runners to join our team. As a support for front of house, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Assist the kitchen staff in preparing food orders
- Deliver food orders to customers' tables promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service
- Clear tables and clean dining areas as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
-Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
-Answer phone calls and take reservations.
-Manage the wait list and seating chart.
-Monitor the dining room for cleanliness and orderliness.
-Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
-Ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
-Assist with closing duties.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the food service industry and catering operations is a plus
