The Ideal Candidate for this Position
Are you an aggressively friendly Customer Service Professional? This is the job for you! We are looking for talented individuals who have a passion for food and beverage and hospitality.
What You Will Be Doing
This position delivers food to guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner thereby adding to a positive guest experience.
Job Requirements
- Process orders in an efficient timely manner.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Most enjoy working as a team.
- Deliver guests requests accurately and professionally.
- Complete daily side work to maintain operational success.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Rotate product to maintain quality and freshness.
- Perform floor runs to collect left over glassware, and Room Service bags.
- Restock concierge lounge during closed periods.
- Run amenities to designated rooms.
- Assist Bartenders + Servers with running food to our guests. Must be available to pass a background check and be drug free.
Schedule
This is not a Monday thru Friday job, in fact it requires a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, but it is for you if you love people and have the right attitude! This position is 2nd shift, mostly 3p-12a, or 4p-1a.
