Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of food orders to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and quality of food orders before delivering them to the appropriate tables or customers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient food service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, kitchen staff, and other team members
- Familiarity with the food industry and basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to help out in various areas of food service, including catering events if needed
