Fins up! Margaritaville Resort Fort Myers Beach is seeking a Host for Southwest Florida’s most exciting new hotel scheduled to open in late 2023.

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and takes pride in providing a memorable experience for every guest. The Host or Hostess position offers an opportunity to work alongside a group of professional, hard-working energetic people who are all empowered to do whatever it takes to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Hold yourself accountable for achieving established guest service standards.
• Hold yourself accountable for exceeding every guest’s expectations.
• Familiar with reservation systems, such as Open Table.
• Ability to remain composed while maintaining a waitlist. Strong customer communication skills.
• Work closely with your supervisor to achieve or exceed expectations.
• Clearly understand and hold yourself accountable for the expectations of the Host or Hostess position.
• Treat the restaurant as if it were your own.
• Assist in providing a safe, healthy environment for all guests and fellow associates.
• Assure that your daily actions reflect TPI’s nine core values.

What you will bring:

• High School or Equivalent
• Greeting customers.
• Top-notch customer service skills in person and on the phone.
• Standing and walking more than 50% of the time
• The ability to lift or carry upwards of 20 pounds.
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
