So we are looking for multiple full time Marketer/Community Liaisons in the East Valley and South Scottsdale to start, who could align themselves with our mission to serve and enrich the lives of our patients, staff, referral partners and community.

Job Highlights:
Our Hospice Marketers play an instrumental role in the growth of our Hospice division.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating referral relationships and and patients intakes
- Being a key part of the intake team, working closely with family, patients, referral partners, and our clinical team until the patient is fully on services.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless care transition and coordination from multiple care settings
- Contribute to the the ongoing development of Hospice services and benefits
- Collect, monitor, and analyze data to help strengthen and expand our reach.
- Prepare and conduct calls and presentations to potential referrals
- Work events and community service projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required
- 3 years plus experience in Hospice marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be a real team player
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Able to pass background screening and drug test
Preferred
- Prior onboarding hospice training, Relias etc.
- Familiar with Google Workspace Suite
- Ability to be proactive on Linkedin and other social media applications
- Excellent and Tender communication skills
- Computer literate with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Competent using applications such as Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
