Job Highlights:

Our Hospice Marketers play an instrumental role in the growth of our Hospice division.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating referral relationships and and patients intakes
• Being a key part of the intake team, working closely with family, patients, referral partners, and our clinical team until the patient is fully on services.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless care transition and coordination from multiple care settings
• Contribute to the the ongoing development of Hospice services and benefits
• Collect, monitor, and analyze data to help strengthen and expand our reach.
• Prepare and conduct calls and presentations to potential referrals
• Work events and community service projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required

• 3 years plus experience in Hospice marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be a real team player
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Able to pass background screening and drug test

Preferred

• Prior onboarding hospice training, Relias etc.
• Familiar with Google Workspace Suite
• Ability to be proactive on Linkedin and other social media applications
• Excellent and Tender communication skills
• Computer literate with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Competent using applications such as Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
