$13.00 to $16.00 per hour 1099 Contractor starting pay with room for advancement depending on skill level of individual.

> Primary duty is to perform horse care daily tasks such as feeding, watering, and cleaning horse stalls. Secondary duties include helping tack-up, un-tack & hose off horses
> Operate tractor, grapple, bush hog, arena drag etc.
> Repair and maintain barn, fences, stalls, and other farm structures
> Maintain grounds, including mowing, weed-whacking, roundup application, trimming bushes & branches, etc.
>>> REQUIREMENTS <<<
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH HORSES REQUIRED. Must be able to safely handle horses enough to clean stalls, put on a halter and lead, tie in cross ties, and lead to and from the arena
- Ability to safely operate a tractor for dragging the arena, handling manure waste, moving round bales of hay, etc.
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to work most weekends

> Candidates will be asked to complete an in-person working interview. Hourly rate will be based on experience and skill level demonstrated during this interview.

> This is currently a non-riding position, however apprentice training opportunities may be available in the future to the right candidate
