This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. You may be required to attend HOA meetings with various dates and times outside of business hours. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, communication with homeowners, community inspections and follow-up, entering bills and payments, creating maintenance work orders, and other administrative duties as needed. Position will also serve as backup to the front desk to cover the receptionist’s lunch break as well as days the receptionist may be absent.
Starting pay is $18/hr paid bi-monthly. Benefits include a 401k plan, paid holidays, HSA account, and eligibility for health, dental, and vision insurance.
