As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including structural components, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and more
- Utilize schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents to guide inspections
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Analyze data collected during inspections to generate detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations
- Communicate inspection results to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Collaborate with construction managers and contractors to address any identified issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and regulations related to home inspections
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in home inspections or a related field such as construction inspection or construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or defects
- Strong analytical skills to assess the condition of various systems within a property
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
