Job Description:
Home inspectors provide a vital service to clients making key decisions in the process of a real estate transaction. As a Home Inspector, it would be your responsibility to communicate the findings of your inspection to the clients in a clear and concise manner. A verbal summary at the time of the inspection followed by a detailed written report is essential to the process. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to a Home Inspector. The home inspection industry is a great career choice for those who have a working knowledge in a construction trade or inspection field is helpful but not necessary.
We work around Delmarva, serving mostly Wicomico, Worcester, and Sussex County
We are looking for someone who possesses a Maryland and/or Delaware inspection license. We are open to someone who is unlicensed, as long as they have taken the course and are ready to sit for the exam.

Job Requirements:
■ Ability to obtain and hold state licenses and other industry certifications as needed.
■ Perform home and other add-on inspections such as termite inspections, air quality testing, radon, etc.
■ Interact with groups of people and communicate in a professional, and confident manner.
■ Evening and weekend is sometimes required.
■ Physical requirements: A Home Inspector should be able to complete physical tasks such as:
● Carrying and setting up ladders. We are increasingly utilizing drones, but ladder work remains a requirement
● Working outside in all seasons and conditions
● Access and walking on roof surfaces, good balance and dexterity required
● Access and work in attics for brief periods of time including in high temperatures
● Access and fully inspect crawl space. These areas often contain insects, spiders, moisture, fungi, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
