Responsibilities
- Perform home inspections throughout Metro Atlanta (Typically at 9:00am and 1:30pm)
- Most inspections are within 30 mile radius of Kennesaw but we do occasionally go up to 60 miles
- Complete the home inspection report the same day (on your smartphone or computer) and email it to the client (before 8pm)
- Perform related inspection services such as radon, mold, pool, and sewer scopes
- Meet with client/realtor on site (or phone call) to discuss findings
Qualifications
- Need reliable/presentable truck for driving to appointments
- Ability to navigate attics and crawl spaces
- Walk a single story roof with moderate pitch without any fear of heights
- Ability to use and lift ladders (50 pounds)
- Present your findings in an unbiased manner (tell them what’s wrong with the house but don’t tell them to not buy the house…that’s between them and their realtor)
- Humble- Be willing to admit when you don’t know but that you will find out
- Diligent- Take the time necessary to do a good job and spend the necessary time with the client to make sure they are satisfied (even if you have a rushed schedule)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
