SALARY:

• $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year based on commission plus company performance bonuses

(A minimum of 10 completed inspections per week is required to qualify for bonus and medical contributions)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Inspection certification or willingness to pursue certification

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to different properties

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work independently

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct inspections of residential properties, including all major systems and components

• Inspect various systems in a variety of houses (inspecting attics, electrical panels, crawl spaces and roofs)

• Generate comprehensive inspection reports outlining the home's condition, addressing any issues or concerns, and explaining them to clients clearly and concisely.

SCHEDULE:

• 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday,

• weekend availability
