Home Improvement Sales/Production Manager

We’re a rapidly growing company that is looking for an individual to join our team as a Sales/Production Manager for our Home Improvement/Handyman Division, that has been successful in the field as a Crew Leader/Foreman, and/or Production Manager, or has run their own Home Improvement/Handyman company. This position is in Pataskala. This position needs to be self-motivated, multi-tasking, be able to quote/sell jobs, and have customer service skills. Our company was awarded the 2017 Business of the Year by Pataskala Chamber of Commerce and provides a positive, honest, and fun place to work while being a blessing to our customers/communities. Our company is looking for individuals who uphold our mission and core values.

Duties:

• Manage Jobs from Start to Finish
• Quote & Sell Jobs
• Schedule Crews
• Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction
• Inventory Management

Expectations:

• No smoking, drinking, or cussing
• Must Pass drug screen

• If we ever break anything/make any mistakes we will inform the homeowner (we won't hide it)
