Responsibilities:
- Open new client referrals
- Recertification assessments for current clients
- Perform resumption of care
- Conduct supervisory visits for LPNs & HHAs
- Complete skilled nurse visits
Requirements:
- State License RN
- CPR Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Up to date TB Test
- Must be willing to undergo BCI background check
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
