Our company was just featured on fox 5 news and is is a full service general contractor and C-27 specializing in building sustainable luxury gardens and landscapes, installing, pavers, concrete, retaining walls, artificial turf and pergolas.
Throughout this position you will learn about the process and materials that go into building a sustainable long lasting luxury landscape while sharing what you learn with customers.
You will not build but will manage the project, you will sell in an educational way and provide customer support.
Professional level training will guarantee you a minimum of 3 sales within your first month after you pass the 2 weeks paid training.

Job Duties
• Provide in home consultations to San Diego homeowners for their landscape and hardscape designing beautiful front and backyards.
• Guide the homeowners through design and material suggestions
• Measure to provide a scope of work and quote on the spot using our automated program.
• Present a PowerPoint presentation using an iPad
• Have the desire to help homeowners receive professional customer service, following with the best warranty in the industry.
Experience/Education
• Previous Experience in Home Improvement sales is preferred and a big plus.
• Knowledge of remodeling or Home Improvement products is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills, both writing and verbal
• Proficiency in basic iPad functions including, presentations, quotes, emails
Compensation
• The landscape/ hardscape in a residential home represents 15% of the home's value. Homeowners are investing anywhere from 2%-15% of their home value into their landscape projects.
• Our average project is over $60k For every project you sell, you will receive a generous percentage of the sale price. (50% of the profit after expenses)
• You will be provided with a pricing software and full transparency to ensure your compensation percentage is consistent.
