Inspired Homecare is expanding into Schiller Park and looking for qualified RNs to work within communities and outside residences. We are looking for Registered Nurses who are familiar with home health, worked with the EMR system HCHB and have a passion for one-on-one patient care. We work on a Per Visit Tier Rate and caseloads are based on a clinician's availability. Interested candidates should submit a resume or call 847-737-9251

Home Health Nurse Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' condition during every visit and chart your observations.
• Perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, Oasis assessment, wound care and IV therapy.
• Dress or re-dress open wounds and assess the progress of healing.
• Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physicians and anyone else involved in the patient's care plan.
• Make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient's quality of life.
• Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests.

Qualifications:

• State RN license required.
• 1 year of experience in in-home care
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor
• Ability to travel to multiple patients per day.
• Preferred knowledge of Home Care Home Base software
• COVID-19 vaccination preferred.
