SUMMARY:
The Inbound Sales Representative is responsible to answer incoming phone calls from customers who want to place an order, have questions about products, or may have a problem with an order. Responsible for driving sales by taking care of customers needs through up-selling, following up with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. Must have extensive knowledge of guns, ammo, etc.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
- Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Identifies opportunities to up-sell to customers.
- Handles all incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks.
- Ability to learn order processing system regarding all aspects of order entry, order inquiry, customer, customer cross-reference, and any other functions necessary to perform daily tasks
- Acquire product knowledge on all products.
- Understands shipping instructions and comprehends distribution processes.
- Responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately and timely.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must possess at least 2 yrs. sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and the Windows environment.
- Familiarity with Shooting and Hunting products.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years customer service or sales experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
