Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of Home Health experience is required.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Must have recent at home experience
Two years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and child care, Critical Care, Pediatrics.
Current Adult Care Home Health experience
Bronx Borough On average 6-8 pt a day but subject to change Up to 40 hours per week depending how many patients/cases assigned.

Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).
