Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse

Clients Located in: Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City, Nevada

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional Home Health care? BrightStar Care is seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Home Health, iv infusions, and wound care to join our team. As a Home Health RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct wound care, including the management of wound vacs.
• Administer infusions, perform re-assessments, and facilitate admissions as needed.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.
• Demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and professionalism in all interactions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care plans are executed effectively.
• Pediatric experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience as an RN in a Home Health setting
• Valid Driver's license.
• Valid Auto Insurance
• Negative two step TB - (taken within one year)
• Ability to lift, push, pull, up to 50 lbs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be a current resident of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, or Boulder City, Nevada to be considered
