Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health
Location: Las Vegas area
Pay Rate: $150 to $160 per Start of Care (SOC)
Bonus: $750 After 5 New Patient Intakes - SOC
Resumption, Recertification, and Discharge: $50 to $75 per patient
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with Home Health experience to join our team in the Las Vegas area. As an RN in our agency, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertification, and Discharge processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status.
- Utilize health data to determine nursing diagnoses and develop individualized patient care plans.
- Initiate patient plan Of Care and reevaluate as necessary.
- Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on current or rapidly changing diagnoses.
- Provide skilled nursing interventions including but not limited to wound care, wound vac, medication management, hypertension management, diabetic teaching, G-tube teaching, tracheostomy teaching, colostomy care, foley catheter care, drain care, etc.
- Utilize WellSky software for charting and documentation.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of Nevada.
- Current CPR certification.
- TB test results.
- Physical examination.
- Background check (paid by the agency if applicable).
- Home health experience preferred.
