Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly compensation of $17 to $22 per hour (depending on experience)
- Paid biweekly

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, toileting, and transferring
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation according to clients' dietary needs
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings, and assist with transportation if needed
- Monitor clients' physical and mental well-being and report any changes to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain accurate and timely records of clients' care and progress
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Home Health Aide certificate in the state of California
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the home care industry, preferably with senior clients
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Compassion, empathy, and patience for working with elderly clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Proven experience in providing superior care to seniors
