Responsibilities and Duties:
Working hours 8am 5pm with an hour lunch
Answering phone calls, assisting customers, adding jobs to the schedules
Call and schedule customers for their next maintenance visit
Reach out to customers to collect payments
Follow up with customers to see how they feel about the service provided
Address emails that come into the general inbox
Collaborate with Operations Manager on Work Orders
Assist with checking in equipment and supplies from vender trucks
Register new unit/part warranties
Provide Field Techs with information/documents they need for jobs and assistance with ordering parts
Work with SSL and Operations Manager on Warranties
Assist Office Manager with daily office tasks
Qualifications:

Compensation: $18-$20 per hour *based on experience

- Experience in an office environment is preferrable
- Highschool Education or Beyond
- Ability to Multitask with efficiency
- Need to be personable with the willingness to learn and grow
- Team player with positive attitude
- Must be reliable with outstanding work ethics
