Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
- Personal Care- assistance with ADLs- bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, ect.
- Transportation/errands
- Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor
- Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
- Medication Reminders
- Engage patients in exercises or other activities
- Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program or CNA program
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year prior professional experience
- Driver’s license required
- CPR certification required
- Must have successful background check or willing to obtain
- Must be able to pass Motor Vehicle Record Check.
- Must be able to pass drug screen.
- Must have references and history of dependability.
