Job Description
All Seasons HOA Management is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented HOA Manager to lead in the execution of HOA functions for our diverse portfolio of homeowner associations. The focus of this position is to coordinate and execute the directives of our HOA clients according to company policy and procedures and the agreements our clients have engaged with All Seasons HOA Management. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty effectively. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Schedule for this position would be Monday-Friday (day shift).
Compensation: $95,000 - $100,000 per year.

Essential duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Work with the President to lead all required management functions for certain HOA clients
- HOA meetings with board members and homeowners
- Property Inspections
- Assist in annual budget creation and monthly financial reporting
- Accountable for meeting client budget objectives and communication of variances
- Issuing violations and fines per client governing documents
- Maintain HOA reports, updates, and forms on company website
- Assist in creating and distributing monthly HOA newsletters
- Assist in special HOA projects as they arise
- Other special projects as assigned by the President of the company
- Provide overall administrative support to the HOA management team
- Accomplish organization’s goals by accepting and carrying out requests
- Communicate updates to managers and others (meeting minutes, notes, etc.)

- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends based on HOA meeting schedules
Preferred credentials:
- CMCA
- AMS
- PCAM
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Administrative support/HOA experience
