Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a skilled nursing and rehab facility in Summit Park, MD as an LPN you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to our residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Qualifications:
- Monitor resident's vital signs and document observations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
- Communicate with RNs and physicians regarding changes in resident's conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care to residents.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Standard shift:
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental schedule:
- Extended hours

Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
