Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Activities Director:
- Previous Experience as an Activities Director preferred
- Previous experience working with older adults is preferred but not required.
- Warmth, consideration and genuine love for older adults.
- Have an energetic, positive attitude and be able to work as a team player.
- Good judgment and initiative in carrying out duties in an orderly fashion.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English to effectively communicate with others.
