Server/Host

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper set-up
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests in a professional manner
- Process payments using POS system (experience with Aloha POS is a plus)
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest relations, food service, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and basic food handling procedures
- Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.03 - $21.09 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
