The Social Work Supervisor provides oversight to Social Work for completion of comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of participants and their support systems. Acts as the geriatric/medical Social Work expert and clinical supervisor to Social Workers (LCSW, CSWA, SSA) both within their immediate Social Work teams and PMG at Home.

Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree Social Work: from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work. Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License
- 8 years Relevant post MSW clinical Social Work Experience.
- 5 years Social work experience with the medically fragile adults
- 2 years Supervisory experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Advanced training.
- 2 years Experience as a subject matter expert, clinical licensure supervisor, trainer, or preceptor.
