Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities and other care needs. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing personalized care and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (not always a requirement)
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the supervisor
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Plan and engage residents in recreational activities (We have company transportation and all activities are paid for! No out of pocket costs!)
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity at all times

Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate and patient demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
