Responsibilities
**Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, acting as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries.
**Sales and Business Development:** Actively participate in sales and business development efforts to expand the client base and increase revenue generation.
**Policy Recommendations:** Utilize your expertise to recommend appropriate insurance policies tailored to each client's individual requirements.
**Claims Assistance:** Assist clients in filing and managing insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution and maximum benefit payout.
**Client Education:** Educate clients on various insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations to empower them to make informed decisions.
**Compliance:** Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all practices adhere to legal requirements and ethical standards.
Requirements
1. **Valid Insurance License:** Must possess a valid P & C insurance license.
2. **Proven Experience:** Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and best practices.
3. **Excellent Communication:** Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
4. **Customer Service:** Strong Customer Service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support to clients. An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude is a must.
5. **Analytical Skills:** Proficiency in analyzing clients' needs and identifying appropriate insurance solutions.
