The High Volume Recruiter is responsible for industry and function-focused candidate sourcing, pre-screening, testing, and qualifying candidates. This position will utilize direct and indirect sourcing techniques to build a strong network of diverse candidates with critical skill sets, based on client demand and in support of MGS's core lines of research. This SEASONAL CONTRACT position will start on June 26th and will wrap up late January. This position will start at $22 /hour.

Primary Job Functions 2 years of high-volume recruiting experienceExperience recruiting in a metrics-driven environment with heavy phone time required.
Ability to build effective relationships with recruiting team and candidates
Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing
Ability to remain adaptable and flexible
Strong candidate experience focus
Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking
PC Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate within the various technology systems AIRS Certification is highly desired
Required Education
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree
Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to read write and speak in both languages
Required Years Experience
2 years experience sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates in single or multiple professional verticals (i.e.High Volume, IT, Finance, etc).
