Live events are back, and we are busier than ever! Due to a recent acquisition, we are adding a Resume Sourcer/High Volume Recruiter to our Corporate HR Team.
This position would report directly to the VP of People & Operations and be based out of our corporate office in Duluth GA. We do function in a hybrid capacity; typically, 2-3 days in the office.
What You’ll Do:
- Performs advanced sourcing including social media, internet and data base mining, developing relationships with professional organizations, colleges and schools, and community agencies to identify and recruit a diverse slate of candidates for all positions.
- Works closely with the Talent Acquisition team member to understand recruiting needs
- Communicates status of searches with the Talent Acquisition Manager on a consistent and timely basis.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager to determine and understand the needs of each position.
- Search resumes and conduct phone screens with viable candidates.

- Strong organizational skills: ability to keep track of multiple projects, candidates at one time.
- Comfortable making a High Volume of calls on a daily basis.
