High School Math Teacher

Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking candidates for daytime remote Math teacher. This opportunity is perfect for retired teachers looking to make a difference in the lives of students or for teachers who want to work from home on a full-time basis. We are an award-winning education company with numerous contracts.
Location: Our office is in Wilmington, DE, but the position is REMOTE
Type:Fully remote, teaching 20 - 25 students at a time
Schedule: Daytime hours, with a schedule between 30 and 35 hours weekly
Description/Clientele: High School Students 
Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at this High School grade level, excluding student teaching
• Virtual experience a plus
• Will be teaching High School Math that will include Algebras 1 & 2 and Geometry. Expertise in one or more of these levels will be expected.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• Must have experience in and proficiency with written documentation regarding lessons and student progress, as well as assignment grading. 
• Must have a sincere passion and interest in helping students succeed.
• Must have reliable access to both internet services and devices featuring a camera & microphone.
• Teaching certifications are required.
• Knowledge of Common Core Standards in math is required.
