Provide support to all corporately owned stores along with corporate staff and minimal support to franchise stores. Reports to IT Support Manager. Hours of operation are Monday - Sunday 5am-11pm.
Summary of essential job functions
- Support and maintain all Point-of-Sale systems.
- Image replacement systems
- Hardware, Software, and Printer troubleshooting
- Manage email, domain, and legacy system accounts
- Some Cellular support
- Research questions using available information resources
- Follow standard helpdesk procedures
- Log all helpdesk interaction.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Minimum requirements
- Basic hardware, networking, and software knowledge is a must.
- Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
