As a Helpdesk Technician at Tutor Perini Corp, reporting to the IT Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Explain complex tech in simple terms and build strong relationships with users
- Diagnose issues like a detective and solve them with finesse
- Document everything clearly and stay organized
- Make a difference to someone - you will have the first chance to turn someone's day around with your positive outlook, professional customer service and technology skills
- Influence the team's response time - you will monitor the incoming requests, assess them, and ensure they get into the right hands fast
- Work with a team of seasoned IT professionals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience supporting end users locally and/or remotely
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Know your way around Windows 10/11, Active Directory (create/modify/disable accounts).
- Excellent customer service skills and a sunny disposition
- COMPTIA (A+, N+), Microsoft preferred
- Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) preferred
The expected maximum salary for this position is $65,000 depending on experience.
