As a Helpdesk Technician at Tutor Perini Corp, reporting to the IT Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Explain complex tech in simple terms and build strong relationships with users
• Diagnose issues like a detective and solve them with finesse
• Document everything clearly and stay organized
• Make a difference to someone - you will have the first chance to turn someone's day around with your positive outlook, professional customer service and technology skills
• Influence the team's response time - you will monitor the incoming requests, assess them, and ensure they get into the right hands fast
• Work with a team of seasoned IT professionals

• 2 years of experience supporting end users locally and/or remotely
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Know your way around Windows 10/11, Active Directory (create/modify/disable accounts).
• Excellent customer service skills and a sunny disposition
• COMPTIA (A , N ), Microsoft preferred
• Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) preferred
