Job Description
Overview:
As a Help Desk Support Technician, you'll connect with our customers and make a difference in their day by providing end-user support, troubleshooting & resolving technical issues, managing expectations and, escalating more complex problems, when necessary. You will be exposed to a wide range of technical issues that will provide you with a foundation of knowledge across many different areas of IT including operations, networking, cyber security, cloud and Help Desk.

We have a robust set of in-house tools to help you build, execute and continually progress on goals that will make a difference for our users, customers, and teams. Previous Help Desk members are now among our team leads in quality assurance, project management, documentation, and release operations!
We are seeking someone with basic exposure & understanding of the following:
- Windows 10 administration
- Hardware & software troubleshooting
- Office 365
- General Network troubleshooting
- General Active Directory Administration
- General ITSM ticketing experience
- General ITIL foundational concepts
- General Inventory management
- Good logical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn quickly and tackle new and technically complex problems
- Ability to multi-task, attention to detail and excellent follow through
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
- OS imaging exposure
- SharePoint general understanding
- EndPoint protection General understanding
- Zoom and Teams collaboration experience.
- Conference room AV technology troubleshooting experience
- VPN exposure
