Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
- Set up and troubleshoot mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets
- Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory
- Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system (SmartSheets)
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with mobile devices (iOS, Android)
- Basic understanding of Active Directory administration
- Ability to provide technical support for both Windows and Mac OS environments

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
