Summary
Your role in our mission
• Image, troubleshooting, and configuring laptops, Windows 10/11
• Assists customers in resolving break/fix tickets for laptops
• Processing returns, processing new hire laptop request.
• Includes shipping and receiving.
• Maintaining/updating asset inventory in ServiceNow
• Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes customer problems and complaints to ensure that inquiries are resolved appropriately.
What we're looking for
• One or more years of technical training in computer and customer support
• One or more years of Windows 10/11 preferred
• One or more years' experience with using ServiceNow preferred
• Experience working with company products and operating systems
• Experience with solving computer-related problems and company escalation policy
What you should expect in this role
Office environment - Onsite at our Oklahoma City, OK office location
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
