Job Description
Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is looking for a Help Desk Technician in the North Charleston, SC area. This position will be responsible for providing technical support including installations, software/hardware upgrades, networking, and operating system support. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a growing legal firm in the Charleston region.
Responsibilities
- Support Ticket tracking/time management.
- Resolve tickets via the ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
- Expert MSFT Windows 10 Pro troubleshooting and administration.
- Windows/Mac Hardware Setups.
- MSFT Windows AD Administration.
- Office365 Suite troubleshooting and administration.
- Network printer client administration.
Requirements
- Two (2) plus years of experience working in a Help Desk position.
- High School Diploma is preferred but not required.
- Experience with:
- Cisco Webex Telephony
- Cisco/Meraki Networking (VPN, SDWAN, Switches, MXs, MVs)
- Azure AAD
- Zendesk Ticketing
- Duo 2FA Management
