Assist Level 1 technicians Escalation point of contact for customers that require technical assistance via phone, email, and instant message Assist end users with diagnosing and troubleshooting technology related issues remotely Accurately document incidents and service requests and escalate to the appropriate support team, if necessary Work with a variety of clients with a wide range of technology platforms and solutions Interface with vendors such as telecom providers and OEMs for escalations and warranty repairs Recommend process improvements to increase customer satisfaction Manage laptop inventory and associated processes POSITION REQUIREMENTS What we are looking for... Minimum of an Bachelors's degree in a related field 3 years of experience working in a IT Service Desk Proven experience managing Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 including Exchange, Teams and OneDrive Office 365 licensing, multi-factor authentication, and email administration management skills Windows and Mac OS desktop/laptop hardware and operating system installation, patching and troubleshooting. Maintaining virtual desktop systems is desirable.
Knowledge of common system management tools such as monitoring, backup/recovery, SAN & NAS, endpoint patching and security a must Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware ESX administration capabilities Working knowledge of networking and devices including LAN and WAN, TCP/IP, wired/wireless, VPN, and DNS. Firewall skills a plus.
