Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent, friendly customer service to our clients as customer service is our main focus
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone and email
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues related to computer systems, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software components
- Set up user accounts and permissions in various systems
- Collaborate with Senior IT consultant to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Assist with the deployment of new technology solutions and software updates
Requirements:
- Value and enjoy providing friendly customer support
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and computer networking concepts
- Familiarity with Help Desk software (Kasaya and Vorex) and ticketing systems a plus
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on both Mac OS and Windows platforms
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS365
- Basic knowledge of DNS configuration and management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach

Consultants are eligible monthly for a profit sharing bonus of up to 5% of net operating income when high customer satisfaction scores are earned.
