SalarySound Family Chiropractic is seeking a rehab CA to work with our small team in our dog-friendly office.
Duties during Patient Office Hours
- Facilitate the rehab room by assisting the doctor with different forms of spinal traction and exercises for patients.
- Assist the doctor with patient education.
- Assist the Office Manager with answering phones, check voicemail, and check email/text communications. This will include managing patient schedule, as well as screening calls and emails for doctor.
- As time allows between above duties: assist in transcription of doctor’s notes, check insurance benefits, and other billing related tasks.
- Assist in supervision of office dog and take him out on breaks as needed.
Duties during Off hours
- Cleaning – Daily /Weekly Deep Cleaning
- Assist in transcription of doctor notes.
- Check Insurance Benefits
- Billing related tasks
It is our hope this person is a driver who will become independent in guiding patients in their in-office rehab, educating them on their home care, as well as learning the basic roles of reception for when the Office Manager needs assistance.
The ideal candidate has experience in rehab, an interest in sports medicine, and has a warm friendly nature. If you love dogs, that is a big plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
