ClinicMind is a leading provider of comprehensive EHR Software and RCM services in the Healthcare industry. ClinicMind’s ONC-certified software solution includes a multi-specialty EHR Platform as a Service (PaaS), practice management software, mobile EHR, a patient portal, and dozens of integrated applications for Patient Relationship Management, Clinical Compliance, Patient Education, Credit Card processing, and other specialty EHRs. ClinicMind’s software-enabled RCM services include full-service multi-specialty medical billing, credentialing, medical coding, and prior authorization services. We seek an organized and self-motivated Help Desk Manager to drive our Value Added Reseller (VAR) Incubator. The VAR Incubator Help Desk Manager reports to the VAR Incubator Manager.
Responsibilities
Interact with ClinicMind VARs
Train their Customer Support and RCM teams to use the ClinicMind system
Help our VARs build their own branded Help Desk teams
Train their Help Desks to Troubleshoot user problems
Train their Help Desks to figure out the objectives of the users’ actions and their obstacles
Work together with our software support to solve VAR operations problems
Provide 2nd level support to the VARs
Manage and Build a shared Help Desk knowledge base
Create short user training videos and training presentations
Document problem solutions
Build and implement multi-choice tests
Qualifications

At least three years experience in client support of Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) software and/or Medical Billing service, preferably on the Help Desk
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
College degree or equivalent (College education in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) is a plus)
The following is a plus
Good performance on a ClinicMind Help Desk, CRM, RCM, or SWAT teams
Experience with ClinicMind or Vericle or Genesis Chiropractic software
Billing using ClinicMind or Vericle software
Adequate scores at the ClinicMind Team Leadership Training Program
BPO management for Billing using ClinicMind or Vericle software
Prior employment at ClinicMind, Indicle, Vericle Pacific, Billing Precision, or eSpoc
NOTE
Must have a stable internet connection minimum of 5 MBPS
Must be comfortable working the US business hours
Must own a laptop with at least 8 GB of memory
