- Operate and maintain various types of Heavy Equipment including bulldozers, Caterpillar, backhoes, water trucks, roll-off trucks, concrete mixers, loaders, and farm machinery.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage and optimize productivity.
- Adhere to project deadlines and specifications.
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience operating Heavy Equipment such as bulldozers, Caterpillar, backhoes, water trucks, roll-off trucks, concrete mixers, loaders, or farm machinery.
- Knowledge of proper equipment operation techniques and safety procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Physical stamina and strength to withstand long hours of operation in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
