SalaryWe are in search of an excited individual to operate our equipment! This position will largely be operating Heavy Equipment including, but not limited to, trackhoe, bulldozer, and tractor pan. Experience operating Heavy Equipment is required. Any experience in a GPS Dozer is a plus! We are willing to teach different equipment if you have experience with one or two pieces.
We will require you to take good care of the equipment you are running. This will include greasing up every day and completing an inspection checklist. This will include keeping the cab clean and free of trash.
Hours will be recorded on the gusto app and pay will be directly deposited every Friday. Compensation for this position ranges from $26 to $28 per hour depending on skills. Hourly rate will be determined after a 2 week trial period. Our hours fluctuate quite a bit depending on the weather. We require you to be willing to put in some 60 hour weeks in the summer/fall when the weather is dry. In the late winter/spring there will be a lot of 40 hours, or slightly less, weeks. Most of your projects you are on will be in the Alabaster/Tuscaloosa area. We will not require you to spend the night away from home.
