Holliday Rock is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ability to perform vehicle safety inspections daily to ensure that equipment is safe to operate
- Maintain driver logs and timecards within DOT guidelines
- Delivery of concrete safely and efficiently to various locations
- Drivers are responsible for keeping their trucks clean and safe
- Responsible for maintaining the proper speed, following distance, and must be aware hazards (defensive driving)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Safely loading trucks with Aggregates Materials
- Maintaining Safe Clean work environment
- Plant Maintenance and Minor Repair
- Keep Heavy Equipment operating properly by following safe operating instructions
- Troubleshooting breakdowns, communicating issues
- Updates job knowledge by participating in Training Opportunities and Safety Meetings
- Two years experience minimum (HEAVY EQUIPMENT) and Front End loader a plus
