POSITION TITLE: Field Engineer - Heavy Civil
PAY STATUS: Non-exempt
SUPERVISES:?N/A
PAY RANGE: $75,000- $85,000
General Responsibility:
Field Engineer is focused on learning, exposure and growth. As a Field Engineer, you will spend most of your time interacting with our internal clients, learning the "real world" means and methods by observing and working closely with Project Engineers, project managers, and field crew leaders. To accomplish this, you will attend daily meetings with the project crew, review and develop work schedules, ensure proper material management, provide safety support and compliance, and assist document control and other duties as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Management, Civil Engineering or similar field from accredited College or University; and previous work experience on large Heavy Civil/Heavy Highway projects is preferred.
0 - 3 years' experience reflecting the knowledge and skills listed above.
Experience reading plans and working with earthmoving, storm drains, sewers and water lines is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in appropriate software programs such as Primavera, Suretrak, etc. CAD tools as needed for the designated project
Any equivalent combination of acceptable education, training, and experience.
