The Virtual Call Representative (VCR) is the first point of contact with potential customers. The VCR will engage with customers who previously requested to be contacted via our auto dialer handling both inbound and outbound calls. They will determine the level of interest and connect them with an in-house licensed agent to handle their life insurance needs. Our VCR’s exercise empathy, and perseverance, and express the importance of what life insurance protection can provide. A successful VCR can operate in a fast-paced environment, is customer centric, and can connect with people quickly.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport in a warm and engaging manner
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet daily metrics
- Ability and willingness to adhere to our customer code of conduct and compliance standards
- Comfortable leveraging multiple Windows based platforms to facilitate the customer solution
- Experience in call center customer service and sales is preferred
- High Speed internet is required to run dialer systems
