Gen By Gen Health provides comprehensive medical care management to those residing in independent, assisted, and senior living facilities while communicating with families on behalf of the facility’s staff. This reduces staff burn out and boosts facility’s retention rates. It helps close quality gaps in Star Ratings, ensures facilities are recognized for the high standards of care they provide. This added layer of care gives residents a sense of security and leaves their families with peace of mind, knowing that their loved ones are well-cared for.
As a Sales Representative, you will develop sales opportunities and build relationships with prospective members, their families, and communities in need of assistance with caregiving tasks and converting them to clients. You will build and maintain productive relationships with leadership and key stakeholders in independent, assisted, and senior living facilities to achieve member enrollment and retention for Gen By Gen’s services.
Pay: FT Base Pay + Uncapped Bonus Commission. Paid as 1099 worker.
Job Type/Work setting: FT, Entry Level/Remote
Shift/Schedule: Work as needed M-F and weekends
Travel: Required. Mileage will be reimbursed
Duties:
- Build and maintain productive relationships with leadership and key stakeholders in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Initiate and execute on opportunities for sales presentations, community events, and other resident activities within assigned communities to support individual and team enrollment goals.
- Adhere to production goals and performance standards. Create comprehensive reports that provide production data and measure results of growth objectives.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with leadership and key stakeholders in Family Medicine and Geriatric Practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular and proactive communication and exceptional customer service
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Entrepreneurial mindset to analyze, develop, and grow business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required
- Keep the Director of Sales informed of all lead generation activities, sales related activity, and trends.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration
- 2 years experience in Healthcare Sales or sales experience in Long Term Communities
- Successful track record in healthcare outreach and sales
- Live in Worcester, MA; Houston, TX; Atlanta, GA; or greater New Jersey or within aligned region with ability to travel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with abilities to deliver presentations in an impactful manner
- Travel is required. Sales representative will routinely travel to facilities and practices to conduct sales activities and generate new business. Must have a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Assertive, self-motivated, and initiative taker who is able to influence others and make connections quickly
- Proficient in using a CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities
- Knowledge of the following required: Assisted Living Facilities, Nursing Home Facilities, Independent Living Facilities, Geriatric Physician Practices, Family Medicine Physician Practices
- Proven ability to work independently and productively in a remote office setting
